Required Documents

  1. Applicant's (child's) passport, including the cover page, valid for at least six months
  2. Sponsor's original Emirates ID, plus copies of the sponsor's Emirates ID, residence visa and passport
  3. One recent digital photograph of the applicant, taken at a studio
  4. Birth certificate, attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic
  5. Trade licence, Memorandum of Association and establishment card, where the sponsor is a business owner or partner (a refundable security deposit applies)
  6. Labour contract carrying the Ministry stamp, where the sponsor is employed in the private sector, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
  7. Arabic salary certificate from the free zone authority, where the sponsor is employed in a free zone, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
  8. Arabic salary certificate from the employer, where the sponsor works in government or semi-government, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
  9. Mother's visa copy, if requested by the GDRFA
  10. Unmarried letter from the sponsor, where the applicant is a daughter above the age of 18
  11. Study letter for the applicant, where the applicant is a son above the age of 18
  12. NOC from the father, certified by Dubai Courts, where the mother is the sponsor, or an MOFA-attested death certificate where the father is deceased
  13. Attested divorce certificate and custody documents, where the parents are divorced
  14. National ID of the applicant, where the applicant holds Pakistani, Afghan, Iranian or Iraqi nationality

Important Notes

  • Pure Docs can only begin processing your application once all required documents have been received and verified.
  • Certain applications require the sponsor's physical Emirates ID rather than a copy. Where this applies, we will arrange collection with you directly.
  • If your immigration file carries an outstanding balance, such as an overstay fine or an inactive sponsorship record that needs reopening, we will share a separate payment link for that amount before proceeding.
  • Once the entry permit is approved, any change of status for an applicant already inside the UAE must be completed straight away to avoid delays or additional fees.
