Partner / Investor Visa Stamping UAE
Once GDRFA has approved a partner or investor's entry permit, the visa still needs to be stamped into the passport before residency is complete. Pure Docs Business Consultant Services pulls together the company's Memorandum of Association, trade licence and establishment card alongside the applicant's medical and Emirates ID paperwork, then carries the stamping request through to sign-off on your behalf.
Required Documents
- Sponsor's original Emirates ID
- Sponsor's Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy and passport copy
- One recent digital photograph of the applicant, taken at a studio
- Memorandum of Association from the DED or the courts, or the agreement with the local agent
- Trade licence and establishment card copy
- Applicant's approved entry permit copy
- Emirates ID application form for the applicant
- Medical fitness certificate for the applicant
Important Notes
- The stamping request only moves forward once we have received and checked every document on the list.
- Some files call for the sponsor's Emirates ID in original form rather than a copy. We will arrange to collect it where this is needed.
- Where an outstanding amount shows on the immigration system, such as an overstay fine or a sponsorship file needing reactivation, we send a separate payment link for that before continuing.
- The applicant needs to be inside the UAE for the stamping process to be completed.
