Partner / Investor Visa Cancellation UAE
Cancelling a partner or investor's residence visa means more than closing the immigration file. GDRFA also needs a company-issued NOC that records how shares are being divided once the partner leaves. Pure Docs Business Consultant Services prepares this NOC correctly, checks the supporting Emirates ID and visa documents, and submits the cancellation on your behalf.
Required Documents
- Emirates ID of one of the remaining partners or sponsors, matching the name on the establishment card
- Applicant's Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy and passport copy
- NOC for the cancellation on company letterhead with a company stamp, recording the share division and confirming who retains shares in the company
Important Notes
- Work on the cancellation begins once every document has arrived and been checked, including the company NOC.
- A small number of files require the original Emirates ID rather than a scanned copy. We will flag this and arrange collection where needed.
- Where the immigration system shows any amount owing, such as an overstay fine or an open sponsor file, that is settled separately through its own payment link before the cancellation is filed.
