Parents Visa UAE
Pure Docs Business Consultant Services helps UAE residents sponsor their parents, or their spouse's parents, for a residence visa. Our team checks your paperwork against current GDRFA requirements, walks you through each stage of the application, and submits it on your behalf, so nothing is missed and nothing is sent back for correction.
Required Documents
- Applicant's (parent's) passport, including the cover page, valid for at least six months
- Sponsor's original Emirates ID, plus copies of the sponsor's Emirates ID, residence visa and passport
- One recent digital photograph of the applicant, taken at a studio
- Sponsor's birth certificate, attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic
- For parents-in-law: the sponsor's spouse's birth certificate and the sponsor's marriage certificate, both attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic
- Consanguinity or sponsorship letter from the sponsor's consulate or embassy in the UAE, attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Arabic
- Tenancy contract, Ejari or title deed for a two-bedroom property with a hall
- Bank statements from the sponsor for the past three months
- Trade licence, Memorandum of Association and establishment card, where the sponsor is a business owner or partner
- Labour contract carrying the Ministry stamp, where the sponsor is employed in the private sector, with a minimum salary of AED 10,000
- Arabic salary certificate from the free zone authority, where the sponsor is employed in a free zone, with a minimum salary of AED 10,000
- Arabic salary certificate from the employer, where the sponsor works in government or semi-government, with a minimum salary of AED 10,000
- National ID of the applicant, where the applicant holds Pakistani, Afghan, Iranian or Iraqi nationality
Important Notes
- Pure Docs can only begin processing your application once all required documents have been received and verified.
- Certain applications require the sponsor's physical Emirates ID rather than a copy. Where this applies, we will arrange collection with you directly.
- A refundable security deposit of AED 5,000 applies for each parent sponsored.
- If your immigration file carries an outstanding balance, such as an overstay fine or an inactive sponsorship record that needs reopening, we will share a separate payment link for that amount before proceeding.
- Once the entry permit is approved, any change of status for an applicant already inside the UAE must be completed straight away to avoid delays or additional fees.
