Newborn Visa UAE
Pure Docs Business Consultant Services helps new parents in the UAE secure a residence visa for a newborn baby. Our team checks the birth certificate, parental documents, and salary proof against current GDRFA requirements, walks you through each stage of the application, and submits it on your behalf, so nothing is missed and nothing is sent back for correction.
Required Documents
- Sponsor's original Emirates ID
- Sponsor's Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy and passport copy
- Mother's Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy and passport copy
- Applicant's (baby's) passport copy, valid for at least six months
- One recent digital photograph of the applicant, taken at a studio
- Birth certificate in Arabic
- Trade licence, Memorandum of Association and establishment card, where the sponsor is a business owner or partner (a refundable security deposit of AED 3,000 applies)
- Labour contract carrying the Ministry stamp, where the sponsor is employed in the private sector, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
- Arabic salary certificate from the free zone authority, where the sponsor is employed in a free zone, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
- Arabic salary certificate from the employer, where the sponsor works in government or semi-government, with a minimum salary of AED 4,000
- NOC from the father, certified by Dubai Courts, where the mother is the sponsor, or an MOFA-attested death certificate where the father is deceased
- Attested divorce certificate and custody documents, where the parents are divorced
- National ID of the applicant, where the applicant holds Pakistani, Afghan, Iranian or Iraqi nationality
Important Notes
- Pure Docs can only begin processing your application once all required documents have been received and verified.
- Certain applications require the sponsor's physical Emirates ID rather than a copy. Where this applies, we will arrange collection with you directly.
- If your immigration file carries an outstanding balance, such as an overstay fine or an inactive sponsorship record that needs reopening, we will share a separate payment link for that amount before proceeding.
