New Establishment Card UAE (Company Not Yet Registered Online)
An establishment card is what lets a company sponsor employee and investor visas through GDRFA. If the company has no existing profile on GDRFA's online system, the establishment card has to be set up manually before it can be issued. Pure Docs Business Consultant Services checks the sponsor's Emirates ID, trade licence, partner list, passport copies and company bank statement together, registers the company where needed, then submits the application to open the card on your behalf.
Required Documents
- Sponsor's original Emirates ID
- Copy of the trade licence and partner list page
- Passport copy of all partners
- Company bank statement
- Company Ejari
Important Notes
- We begin work on the request once every document has been received and checked.
- Some files call for the sponsor's original Emirates ID rather than a copy. We will flag this in advance and arrange collection.
- Any outstanding amount on the immigration system, such as an overstay fine or an open sponsor file, is settled separately through its own payment link before we proceed.
- Because the company is not yet registered on GDRFA's online system, this application involves an added manual registration step, which is reflected in the fee.
