Who Is Eligible?
Baby must have been born inside the UAE
Baby must not have exited the UAE since birth to qualify under the newborn category
Sponsoring parent must be a UAE Golden Visa holder
Required Documents
- Sponsor's original Emirates ID
- Baby's Passport & UAE Visa
- Recent digital photograph of the baby
- Arabic Birth Certificate of the baby
- Mother's Passport and Visa (copy)
- Arabic Salary Certificate (Free Zone: issued by Free Zone Authority)
- Labor contract (Private Sector — for sponsor)
Service Fee
- Complete Visa Fee: AED 9,500 – 11,000
Important Notes
- A baby born in the UAE who has not yet exited the country qualifies under the newborn category.
- If the baby has already exited the UAE, the standard Family Member Golden Visa process applies instead.
