Who Is Eligible?

Required Documents

  • Copy of the applicant's passport and valid UAE visa
  • Copy of the applicant's Emirates ID
  • Recent digital passport-size photograph
  • Attested engineering degree (or higher qualification) certified by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). If requested by the immigration authorities, an Equivalency Certificate from the Ministry of Education (MOE) must also be provided.
  • Bank statements for the past six months, stamped by the bank, showing a monthly salary credit of AED 30,000 or more (one page per month highlighting the salary payment)
  • Salary certificate in Arabic issued by the relevant Free Zone Authority or government entity (for Free Zone employees), confirming a monthly salary of AED 30,000 or above
  • Labour contract for private sector employees confirming a monthly salary of AED 30,000 or above
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer supporting the Golden Visa application
  • Equivalency Certificate issued by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) (mandatory requirement)
  • Basic monthly salary must be AED 30,000 or higher
  • Minimum of two years of continuous employment with the current employer

Service Fee

  • Complete Visa Fee: AED 9,500 – 11,000

Important Notes

  • Profession on visa must exactly match the labor contract and salary certificate.
  • Applicant must remain inside the UAE throughout the complete process.
  • Additional AED 100 per dependent for visa hold.
