Required Documents

  1. Sponsor's original Emirates ID
  2. Sponsor's Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy and passport copy
  3. Applicant's passport copy, valid for at least six months
  4. One recent digital photograph of the applicant, taken at a studio
  5. Applicant's approved entry permit copy
  6. Copy of the employer's trade licence, Memorandum of Association and establishment card
  7. Emirates ID application form for the applicant
  8. Medical fitness certificate for the applicant

Important Notes

  • We only start the stamping application once every document has come in and been checked.
  • A handful of cases need the sponsor's Emirates ID handed over in person rather than scanned. We will flag this and arrange to pick it up.
  • Should the immigration system show a balance owed, such as an overstay fine or a sponsorship file that needs reopening, that amount is settled separately through its own payment link first.
  • The applicant needs to be physically present in the UAE for stamping to go ahead.
